    When trying to use quote builder to publish a quote by clicking the “Use Quote Builder” button, the quote template is populated as expected on a Windows machine using Chrome browser, however when replicating the same using Chrome on Mac OS, the quote template does not populate, the text area is blank. Does anybody have any ideas ?

    Hi @chrishart1980,

    That’s an odd one I cannot reproduce on my end. I was able to generate a quote using Quote builder on a Mac with a Chrome browser. Here is the screenshot: https://d.pr/i/d7vjd4

    It’s possible that there’s something else interfering with Jetpack CRM that oddly only affects your Mac setup. Would you check the following:

    If you’re still seeing the issue after going through the steps above, the next step is a plugin/theme conflict test:

    • Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack, Jetpack CRM, and Jetpack CRM extensions to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
