Creating a menu at the top of the screen

    Hi there everyone,

    I’d really appreciate some help with this ??

    Basically my site https://www.laligablog.com is using swift themes at the moment and I have been trying for months (but to no avail) to create a navigation menu at very top of my site (above the logo) that has links such as home, about, contact us etc. You know what I’m talking about, just can’t think of the name of it right now ??

    If someone could advise me on how I could do that, that’d be great.
