Creating a lightbox gallery

Hi all,

I’m trying to create a page of images. Underneath the images I want to show certain details (the title, medium, size, etc). When the image is clicked on I want it to open in a Lightbox, with left right arrows to the next images.

I have tried a couple of themes and plugins, and have been trying to find a plugin that can do this.

I can have either a Gallery as described above, but without much control for what text displays under the image (either the excerpt or the caption, without any styling). Or I can display the images as a Post Grid, and control the text, but it opens each image as a Post rather than a lightbox.

If anyone can point me in the direction of a plugin that can display as I describe, it would be much appreciated.
