Creating a Gallery Problem

    I cannot load images into a gallery. I can create a gallery put when I come to upload images and click “Insert into Post” nothing happens.

    The end result is a blank or default image.

    The images are added to the Media Library. If I try and incluse a media library image in my gallery, the same problem exists.

    I am using a Tempera Child theme.

    If I can get this working I will purchase the Pro version as the demo seems to be exactly what I need.

    This problem is regarding admin dashboard.

    May be some JS conflicts in admin part.

    Without going in admin section we can’t help.

    Thanks for your excellent support Alex.

    Just so other people know – my problem was connected with my Admin user login to WordPress. When I created a new Admin user and used it to create a gallery, everything worked fine. Very odd but the solution was simple in the end.

    I have now purchased the PRO version because I wanted to add individual galleries to posts and pages and it is working fine. There are some useful additions that I will send to you (cheeky I know) but they would extend the plugin functionality without making it over engineered.

    With a few simple adjustments this could be a very desirable plugin.
