Creating a form with add to cart function for WooCommerce

I am looking to build a form on my website. It will have checkboxes that correlate to different WooCommerce products ID’s.
Upon submission of the form I would like the selected checkboxes (product ID’s) to be added to my WooCommerce shopping cart & then redirected to the checkout.
Could anyone help?

You could build your form using Gravity Forms, then using confirmation redirects, conditional logic, and the Woo Add to Cart URLs you could add the appropriate product to the cart based on the user selection made in the form and once the form is submitted.
