Creating a Fixed Header Image

    I’m creating a homepage for a non-profit membership organization. I have a header image with the organization’s name and logo on it and I’d like to use it as the homepage header. But I’ve noticed that whenever the size of the computer screen changes, the image zooms in or out. On a small screen it looks fine. On a large screen it is so zoomed in that it just likes a few blurry letters.

    I created the header on .gimp and exported it as a .png at 1080×360. Is there a way to make the image stay the same?
