Creating a Double URL

Dear One,
The plugin is awesome!! I hope you can help me sort out why it’s creating a double url off of a HREF link from all of the pages.
I’m using this: iTunes
But it doesn’t work and whatever page I am on it will show the page URL and then the link url—like this:
It’s adding to the link and creating double URLS on all of my links. For links off the website it will use the page I’m on as the first part of the link and the URL off site. Please let me know if there is something I can do.
