• EDIT: A little public criticism and they finally started to take reported bugs seriously. You can see that subsequent updates (2.0.3 and 2.0.4) have fixed a lot. But there is still much to improve. And I have this problem with them, that changes break the continuity – CSS classes change, tags… This causes that after each, even small update, you have to check if modifications still work.

    Oryg:
I have pro lifetime versions and I’m starting to regret it. The longer I use Tutor LMS (Pro), the more I get fed up with this plugin. There are some mistakes at every step. Creating a course is a constant struggle with some problems.

Today I decided to tackle emails. This is a drama. An editor has appeared in Version 2.0, but it allows you to change only some elements, often the least important ones. In addition, messages come out without a subject (everything else, including WooCommerce, has no problems, Tutor LMS has a problem with that). At the moment, the only sensible option is to turn off all messages so as not to embarrass yourself. And yet the subject of editing the message is simple – field for the title + field for the content + a few shortcodes. Nothing else is needed.

This plugin does not deserve one star, but treat it as a sobering-up kick. Go to work!

If you are a developer then you know a plugin goes through reiterating developmental cycle. Our team has been working relentlessly since version 2.0.1 release. We are trying our best to release another update within few days that will resolve the email issue you mentioned.

We hope you can change your rating once the update is released. Thanks for bearing with us.

Revised. Should have been 3 stars for further motivation, but I figured I’d give more, for encouragement. So a carrot not a stick ??

    Hello @prcpl,

Better approach for motivation ?? Thanks for your consideration. We will strive to bring better features/functions in our upcoming updates. You can keep an eye on our changelogs. We won’t disappoint our loyal users.
