Creating a child theme, but website has AMP plugin, will it cause issues?

Hi all, I’m working on a site I want to create some manual HTML changes to the theme – they are using the “Young Blush Theme”.

I’m fine with creating the child theme for the regular WP theme, but the website also uses the AMP plugin for mobile users. If I create the child theme for Young Blush, will it cause any issues for the AMP theme?

Also, will I need to create a child theme for the AMP theme at all?
