Created THOUSANDS of empty orders. Thanks….

  • Horrible plugin, export worked well, but the import created about 50,000 empty orders. THANKS. Now i have to delete all of these.

    We deeply apologize for any inconvenience you had to face using the plugin. We have tested the same in our test environments and were unable to replicate the issue. Empty orders are usually imported when the CSV file is modified with a different delimiter. Could you please share us the CSV you are importing via support so that we can check it.

    Our support team will definitely be able to help you if you could allow us.
