PS: языковой пакет сформируется и будет доступен в обновлениях (переводов) wordpress
при достижении 95% (что я вообщем-то и рекомендую сделать – доперевести несколько строк чтобы перевод достиг 95%)

если что-то изменяете, то языковой пакет переформируется и становится доступным через 30-60 минут после изменений (если переведено > 95%, если меньше – перевод не обновляется)
