Hey Bhavin,
Please clarify whether you have created a Facebook Profile account (personal account) or a Facebook Page account (which can only be done by first having a Profile account)?
Our plugin can obtain data from a Facebook Page account but Facebook does not allow you to obtain data from a Profile account. A Page account (created within Facebook itself) is created by logging into your Profile account (personal account) and then clicking on the “Pages” icon, followed by clicking on “Create a New Page”. Facebook will not allow you to migrate your existing Profile account to your Page Account that you create.
Therefore due to Facebook privacy regulations for Profile (personal) accounts none of the content in your current Profile account can be obtained by the plugin even if you share it to a Page account as Facebook always tracks posts back to their origin and if it is data that originates from a Profile account and was shared to a Page account they will not let it pass through their API to your website where the entire world could then potentially view something that was orginally posted in a private, personal (Profile) account.
If you have other questions please let me know. If you already have an existing Page account then please submit a support ticket directly to us through this Custom Facebook Feed support link here along with your plugin’s System Info which can be obtained by going to your …
WordPress DashBoard – Facebook Feed – Instagram Feed – Twitter Feeds – Feeds for YouTube – Settings – Support (tabbed page).
Select all text in the “System Info” by clicking in the box, copy and then paste the ‘System Info’ into your support request through the link provided above.
Thank you.
