    Hello,

My client requested a bunch of changes be made to the products page, so instead of a grid view of all products, the page would be a step-by-step process guiding users to pick certain projects depending on selected form fields etc.

Rather than customize the foxyshop-all-products.php file, I created a new template called page-order.php and created the page as my client requested. I then checked the option ‘hide the product from list view’ on all products to essentially remove the functionality of the original products page.

The new template works and users can successfully purchase products through it. However, since I launched the new template my client has been getting datafeed email errors from Foxycart. This is an example of the error message “DataFeed Failed: (468494513) 2014-11-18 21:20:51 Datafeed Returned: foxy<!– html is corrupted –>”.

Is there a datafeed function or include that I should be placing in my new template file for the datafeed to work correctly?

    Thanks!

    V

Hi Vincent, I believe this was answered over email. These kind of questions are better with direct support since it likely has something to do with server config.
