Created links don’t work in some posts

  • When the links are clicked, all links takes user to the top of the page rather than going to the H2 header. The “Generate TOC link ids” is already clicked but not working. However some other posts work fine. I don’t get it… Any suggestions?

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please check the conflict with other plugin and theme? Mixing plugins might cause conflicts, resulting in the jumping issue you mentioned.

    But this problem doesn’t happen in all blog pages. Only some of the blog pages have this problem. Even though there is a conflict with other plugins, there are no plugins that I can give up, just to make the TOC plugin to work. Any other advices to check?

    Hi, we have checked on our end, and everything works fine. It seems there may be some conflicts with the theme and plugin, so try changing the theme once and check again. If the issue persists, let us know.
