Create WordPress user in MultiSite

Hi,
in a network install the plugin creates a new user as intended when a user authenticates himself against ldap for the first time. If the user does the same on a second blog login fails because the plugin detects him correctly as already existend in the user database but ignores that the user has not the rights for the second blog. This leads to an access denied for this blog.
I made a quick patch that adds the functionality to add users who are already in the network but not in the blog with apropriate rights to the blog: https://pastebin.com/htZAGL9B
