Create Widget area

  • Hi all,

    I’m new to wordpress and it’s difficult for me to find some basic information in forums and documentation.

    I’m trying to create widget areas for any particular Page/Category so that I can control my widget to display in any post/category/customer post.

    But I cannot find some instructions of how to do that.

    Their are some plugins available but I don’t want to use any plugin.

    Plz Help
