I am new to wordpress and I am tring to figure this out:
I want to create a website with a blog and other pages with info and I was wondering what is easier. I have knowledge of dreamweaver (using css, but no php). Is it easier to create a website in dreamweaver and then incorporate wordpress into the website for the required pages (i.e for latest news etc…) or is it easier to create a website in wordpress? Please take into account that I don’t have any knowledge of php.
    Thanks,
    Rudi

    Hi, Rudi:

I have created my websites in Dreamweaver and incorporated WordPress into them. I use WordPress for updates to the sites and for related articles I wish to write.

For me, my other sites don’t lend themselves to the blog format.

I don’t know php either, but I am finding WordPress easy to maintain, once you get the hang of it. Most of it is pretty much set up for you. You pretty much just have to make changes to the default settings and plug in your information.

So, depending on the type of site you are planning, WordPress can be your main site.

    TGC
