    Hi,

In AC I have existing list of users that I’m adding new users to and so I’m having slight problem with creating new user and editing users.

I was wondering if we could combine these to and create hook that first check if we have an user with that email address and then create or edit depending on the answer.

Because at the moment when I create new user I have to first execute rusac_edit_address and next rusac_add_new_address. And when editing user data I first have to execute rusac_add_new_address and then rusac_edit_address.

Also I don’t allow duplicate entries in my lists.

    Thank you for your time
    Sincerely
    -Eppu

    Hi,

Also when auto syncing the function should first check if the email address/user already exists in AC and if he/she does then update existing instead of creating a new one.

    Thank you for your time

    Hey Pravin,

Thank you for your contribution. This is a great plugin. I just wanted to follow up on this thread to see if you were able to implement the change discussed here. Any luck? If not, do you still plan on implementing the functionality of updating instead of importing if there is a matching email in Active Campaign? It might also be nice if there was a setting in the admin UI to disable that feature.

    Thanks
    ~Jason
