Create Ticket For Support?

    I was looking into this “File Manager” and was reading thought support post here. Looks like every one of them have been answered with “create a support ticket”. NO, why not answer them here so other people coming here can get support without having to wait 3 days for you to answer. looks like this support thread is useless. if this is the support given here then i will move on to another file manager.
