Create Subdirectory URL Structure?

  • Hello!

    I have a question on how to create urls that look like:

    root/subdir01/page1
    root/subdir02/page10

    I use the /%postname% in the “Permalink Settings”. However, this option only creates urls like /root/page1 or root/page20, without any subdirectory structure available.

    I’d like to create a few subdirectories with WordPress Pages. I am hoping I don’t have to add a separate WordPress installation for every subdirectory.
