Create Shipping Label button not showing

    I am in test mode but when I create a test buy and goto Woocommerce > Orders and click on the order it does not show my the area for create shipping label and Track Package.

    I am unsure why I do not see this option as I have set it up properly, have it enabled and even entered my credit card.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you confirm you’ve followed the set up as described in our guide here? Kindly note only a user with an Admin or Shop Manager role can create shipping labels with a?payment method added to their respective WordPress.com account?or by adding a new payment method as suggested?here.

    If the “Create shipping label” button is still not showing, can you confirm if the following is true:

    • Your store is in the United States (including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories)
    • Your store currency is US Dollars
    • At least one product in the order “needs shipping” according to WooCommerce (typically means a non-virtual product)

    If your order meets the criteria outline above and you still aren’t seeing the “Create shipping label” button, please?create a ticket?containing the relevant order data so we can help diagnose the issue.

    Yes, this option is only available for stores in the US, as my colleague mentioned.

    We have a website where you can submit feature requests and upvote the ones other people submitted and you like. If you want you can submit a feature request there ?? You can check that out here.

    There are also third-party plugins available that might help you with this.

    You can search for “woocommerce canada shipping labels“, or something similar, on the Plugins > Add New section of your dashboard or on a search engine like Google, for example.

    Please note that we do not provide support for third-party plugins, so it is good to check the plugin thoroughly to see if it is reliable. You can find more about this in this guide.
