Create several Forms using dynamic population fields

Hi, i am relatively new to ContactForm7, but by research showed me that this would be the best solution to what i try to achieve.
I build a website for a Despatch Company which leases Space. They have several different spaces to lease/rent. What i need are several different forms which will have so called pre-filled fields with information about a specific space (Room-Size, Environment, Access, Floor Level and Price). Those fields need to be READ ONLY.
My issue is to find out how to start and how to configure CF7-Fields so i can attache the related form to its room/space.
Is here anybody who could give me a hand and some advise how to start or how to use CF7 fields to achieve what i need?
The site i am building is here https://studio16interactive.com/mockup/hamptonstorage/ – by clicking on one of the Thumbnails you will see different Buttons to make reservation. Each Reservation should have its form with pre-field information.
