Create rules for opening in a new windor or not ?

It is bothersome to have to manually add about=_blank to many links, but I wouldn’t want all of my external links to open in a new page (AKA “the javascript-from-google solution in 20 seconds”), so I’m a bit lost, here…

Is there a way to make wordpress add “target=_blank” only when the URL contains a certain domain inside ?

Honestly, I don’t even know if it’s technically possible, so thanks if someone can give me his opinion ??
