Create Review website with Ninja Forms!

  • I love Ninja forms, the only thing im stuck with is how I can display the form results to create a review website.

    For example if I were to post a form that looked like this

    (textbox) Enter your favorite band
    (star rating) Provide star rating of your favorite band

    I would then want to display these results on my website in a review fashion

    Any suggestions or help is much appreciated!
