create proxy posts out of each user’s profile

Hello! I want to share the profiles in my ultimate member directory onto external websites using REST API (or anything else that would work). I consulted with the developer of Ultimate Member who told me that REST API wouldn’t work with Ultimate Member.

But I have another directory software that I use that recently created a plugin that turns its profiles into proxy posts.

So, that made me think, that in Ultimate Member, if I could somehow convert create a proxy post of each profile (that was updated whenever the profile was updated), then I could still use REST API for my purposes.

So, is this possible? Or perhaps there is another solution? I am all ears. Thanks!!
