Create private confirmation page

I’ve added a page as my payment confirmation redirect from Paypal. If I keep this page private only for those complete their purchase, is there anything else I need to do to keep people from stumbling upon it? I have the code for “no index, nofollow” for the header of the page.

My setup in Paypal is the link to the home page if they cancel the purchase.
