create post wp_send_to

Hello, the software has a bug that activates “wps_send_to” in the corresponding post type field when notification, creation of writing, force in the document is active.
But “wps_send_to” is disabled when force is not active in the document
And from the separate form, I give the value “number” to “wps_send_to” and it does not open
please guide me
