    Do you mean how to create filter by Custom Tax or create Custom Tax?
    If you need to create the Filter by Custom Tax you can see this video https://youtu.be/g1_qlJvNdsg?t=284 from 4:44 where Paul shows how to create filter by Category. In your case you have to do the same, but select your Custom Tax instead of Category in the video.
