Create pages within a post.

I would like to know if there is a plugin or a way to create pages within a post. To make it more clear, I’m after a way of implimenting pages like on this page: https://www.gsmarena.com/zune_software-review-539.php. I hope someone can help, thanks.
It’s the toolbar with the page numbers that I want.And then of course how to split the post into these smaller pages.
