Create order from admin panel

    When we create orders in the WordPress admin panel Woocommerce -> Orders -> Add order, the cart discount rules do not seem to be honored. Is there a way to get the cart discount rules we have set up to be calculated when creating orders in this way?

    Thank you for reaching out.
    WooCommerce does not fire the discount / pricing hooks when an order is created from the backend like it does in the storefront. So unfortunately, it is not yet possible to have the rules applied while creating the order in the backend. I am so sorry.
