Create Next and Previous Buttons

Hi, I may not be using the paging correctly, but I can’t seem to figure out how to crate a next and previous option for my testimonial slider.

I have this and it works except for the next/previous option.

[testimonials_slider limit=5 paging=true paging=”1″ char_limit=0]

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ??
