Create new user with Admin account

    Hi,
    I wonder how to add a new user to my page, using the admin account, and have the welcome email sent automatically instead of letting the user register themself?

    Hello @asabo,

    Thank you for writing to us.

    You may add users via administrator account by referring the following steps:

    1) Login to WordPress dashboard, go to “ProfileGrid >> Members” menu.

    2) Click on the link “New User”, and you will be redirected to new user page.

    3) Fill in the information, enable the option “Send User Notification” and assign the group to user and save it.

    Users will get a WordPress default email for new account on site. Email template cannot be customized for this activity.
