“Create New Topic…” Style

I am trying to make the form at the bottom of a forum where visitors can add an new topic a bit more obvious but I cannot find the tab within stylepack which would either make the box bolder or the “Create New Topic in xxx Forum” a larger font.
Am I overlooking something?
