“Create new Part” fails

Hello,

Anthologize Version 0.7.7

I created a new project (tried as user and also as admin) and wanted to “create a new part” to get started.
1.) there is no “publish” button as in the description
2.) once i entered a title and clicked on save … NOTHING happens … so i only see the “create new part” button again.

What is going wrong? no error or nothing is shown, so i have absolutely no clue why it is not creating a new part. I hope someone can help.
