    Hi

my client drop ships with various vendors. If an order is placed with items from only one vendor the order needs to go directly to them. However, if the order is made up of items from multiple vendors the order needs to be grouped and sent to the site owner. Is this something your plugin can do? The Group By Vendors option sounds like it may, but I would like to make sure before we upgrade.

    Thanks for your help

@raissufyan thank you for referring them the correct screenshot.

@alphaquaddevteam i appreciate that you considered it before you upgrade. Your requirement is very clear but at the same time it requires further breakdown. In case all items are ordered aren’t from multiple vendors so order should go to the relevant vendor. I am not sure how it happens, because if your WooCommerce system is already handling it, so it will work same as it is working. And if you are expecting this from Spitter Plugin, so i have no idea about it.

Next round is, multiple items are ordered and these belong to various vendors. Yes, these will be splitted and separate orders will be created according to the vendors involved in original order. But this time this order should not go to vendors but Admin, how it happens? I don’t know, because appearing order to the relevant vendors, if it is the matter of post_author field in database so i can confirm that easy order will be associated with the relevant vendor. And original order will remain with the customer in fact.

P.S. In case you want to test it with me, i can offer you it on demo website.

@fahadmahmood thanks for getting back to me and to @raissufyan for pointing me to the graphic. I’ll check out your reply and look at the demo. It is an odd problem and probably quite unique to my client. Cheers. Tim
