For The Event Calendar plugin is there a way I can use a shortcode to place a new Events Page so I have full control over the header/footer of that page? Currently, it seems the plugin creates its own page, but I, unfortunately, don’t see it on the Pages section.

  • Hey @studioc5

The Pro version of our plugin does offer quite a bit of shortcodes (and other awesome features).

You can check that out here

Thanks! So, if we buy the Pro version, to use the shortcodes to create our own main event page as well as individual event page, how do we tell the plugin we’re not using the “Events URL slug and Single Event URL slug?

Do we simply replace the default slug settings for those 2 with whatever new pages we create for which we insert the shortcodes?

I hope that makes sense. Please let me know and we’ll get that pro ordered.

    Thanks again!

Hi GeoffBel, I ordered and installed the Pro, thank you! I sent a support ticket asking a specific question but have not yet heard from anyone (Entry: 574449). I look forward to a reply on that ticket. Thanks again!
