Create new document with PRO

I’d like to confirm that, with the pro version of this plugin, I can create a brand new document that will work just like the others – however this one will have more fields and info. Looking here and here I can’t see any mention of this functionality, but in a previous support post here you’ve mentioned it can be done with the premium plugin and that you have example code for showing how.

Can you confirm this can be done, how it will work, and if possible, provide the “how to” info so that I know I have the skill to do so before spending money.
