    Hi team,

I want to use your plugin to automatically add registered users from my WordPress site to my Mailchimp email list. I’ve populated the API Key field but when a new user registers, their information (Email address, First Name & Last Name) does not appear in my Mail Chimp contact list and no contact is created.

The WP Fusion Logs seem to suggest that the process is completing successfully – it acknowledges a new user has registered and claims to update the contact in Mailchimp. There are no error messages in the logs.

Do know what may preventing the registered users being added to Mailchimp?

Thanks in advance for your help! ??

    Hey @10lewiss ,

I see you marked this resolved, is it working now?

My guess would be that you might be syncing to a different audience. They’re compartmentalized within Mailchimp. You can change your audience from the General settings tab in the WP Fusion settings ??

    Hi Jack,

Thanks for your quick reply! The problem was on my end. I was testing the functionality by using email addresses that I had previously archived/ permanently deleted in Mailchimp. After doing some quick research, I realised that these cannot simply be re-added to my contact list through the use of an API Key. I tested the plugin again using a unique email address and it work perfectly ??
