Create New Album

I know this sounds stupid, in the past, I created many new albums, I have not been back to the website for some time, but when I go to ‘PhotoAlbums/Manage Albums’ in the back-end, there is no button to create a new album, all I can see are albums already created that can have sub-albums added to them? Please advise. Thanks.
