Oasis Workflow only has three processes at this time. You can add multiple instances (called tasks/steps) of these processes in the workflow.

If you have posts/pages in the workflow, then here’s how you can modify a workflow which is being actively used. This tutorial video will help – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJ2hPsSBGcE

If you do not have any posts/pages in the workflow, you can simply drag and drop the processes in the work area and create new connections. This tutorial video should help – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLWrjTvsTRs

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

Just as an aside to this – I take it there exists no option to move posts/pages in bulk to a new workflow and then delete the old one?

For example, I have a workflow with 20 posts in it. I want to delete one of the assignees but I can’t in the current set up. So according to you I have to create a new workflow where all future posts will go but not be able to change the posts in the existing workflow. It would be good to be able to do this.

We do not have a bulk move as of now..

But we are exploring the possibility of allowing editing existing steps in the workflow even when there are items in the workflow.

In your particular scenario, does the user have the assignment in his/her inbox? OR you just want to remove a particular role from the “assignee” list on one of the steps?

    Let me know.

Well, it is more about moving across whole workflows to new ones but I can see that is rather more complicated. So, no worries. I suppose the answer is to thoroughly test a workflow that it does everything one wants and… maybe… not be too enthusiastic about getting every post into it in the first few hours!
