Create more Optin Form

    Hello,
    I have installed the last version of Optin form. A question, please.
    I saw that it is not possible to create more optin-form, for example one for articles and one for a specific page by insert a shortcode. Actually seem tha I can create only one optin form?
    There is a possibility to create more optin-form?

    Optin Forms supports one optin form only. There are other plugins out there which will allow you to have various optin forms.
