Create List with Bullets in Google Font blocks?

I don’t have a specific example on the page linked, but am trying to add a bulleted list to a Google Font block in Gutenberg.

I’ve searched the manual and this forum, but not seeing anything, which I find surprising.

Can you clarify if that’s possible, and if so, how it’s done?
