Create languages programmatically (WPMU)

Hi.
I would like to know if there are way to create languages programmatically.
I’ve setup WP in multisite mode, and i would like to automate the process of creating 2 languages (Fr and En) when deploying a website in my network.

Can you help me ?

Optionaly, i would like to automate the creation of a page and his translation in the deploy process.

Anyway, thank you so much for this amazing plugin. I come from WPML, and nothing can bring me back to it. Polylang is just a must-have plugin !
