Create Individual Email subject

Hi,

can i create individual Email Subjects?

e.g.:
A user filled the form with fields “forename”=John “surename”=Miller

I would like to define the subject like:
>> New request from %forename% %surename%

Will lead to Email with subject:
>> New request from John Miller
