Create hover effect on image

Hi all,
I am trying to figure out what code I need to add to my images for the hover effect.

And this is my website that i am trying to create the hover effect https://leeknights.co/branding-domains
I am using the neve theme. If i click on an image within the column that I created there is a section where I can add the CSS code but what code do I need to enter here?

Please add the following code to your Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:
.wp-block-image img:hover { box-shadow: 10px 5px grey; }You can change the styling of your shadow, please check this: https://www.w3schools.com/csS/css3_shadows_box.asp.
