I am running a beer festival. There will be two days with two sessions on each day, so four separate ‘events’. I can create a ticket for each session without issue. However, is there a way to batch these tickets together into either a full day ticket (two session tickets) and a weekend ticket (all 4 session tickets), with the ability to track capacity across all events.
So for example we have a space for 500 people per session. If someone can buy a day ticket it will take the capacity down by one in BOTH afternoon AND evening sessions. Likewise for the weekend ticket.

My only way of thinking to do this simply, would be to do standard capacity tickets as mentioned but set a weekend/day ticket with unlimited capacity and hope only a few people will do that and manually altering capacity for each session as the weekend/full day tickets come in. Hopefully not a great deal of people will go for a full weekend ticket so it can be tracked (unless there is a way to do it using the plugin).

Using Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus on WordPress with Woocommerce.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi @darkravendesign,

There is not currently a way to create a grouped ticket item. The shared ticket capacities available in ET+ would be the best method we have for this.

For more information, please see our Knowledgebase article, How Event Tickets Calculates Availability.

    Thank you,
