Create Folder Issue in WPForm integration

I have this issue open for more than 3 weeks. Initially I got good response for a couple of days, but then it stopped. Issue is still pending.
There is a problem with Create Folder option on google drive integration with WPForms. The folder gets created, but the uploaded file does not go into that folder and stays at the parent level. This is reproduceable with a folder in Shared Google Drive in Google Workspace. The issue does not appear in personal google drives.
Can someone else try this besides me? Would love to hear if it is something to do with my configuration.

Its not fixed yet my friend. The directory got created, but the file is not in that directory, but at the *same* level as the created folder.
