First of all, thanks for the great plugin!

An important question before buying add-ons: Is it possible to show product images instead of a dropdown list? Or making completely different forms for each product?

    Thanks a lot

    Hi:

Unfortunately we don’t have anything that shows product images instead of a drop-down. What kind of support ticket are you looking to create? Is it a static fixed list of images? If so, you might be able to use Gravity Forms to create a custom ticket form with images and then use our Gravity Forms Bridge to map the data to our ticket system.

    Thanks.

    Hey,

i wish to use your plugin for a few static products where users will be able to use a ticket form to submit images for the product. (It will be an image editing platform.) There is no comparable plugin for this usecase, but yours is great to manage this.

    Hi:

Since its a static list of products you might be able to use Gravity Forms (www.gravityforms.com) to create a custom ticket form and then map the data to our system using our Gravity Forms bridge. You can find more information about the bridge here: https://getawesomesupport.com/addons/gravity-forms/. Please note that you will need to acquire Gravity Forms itself from gravityforms.com if you decide to go down this road.

I suspect you’ll still need a little bit of custom code inside the form itself to make things run smoothly for the end user.

    Thanks.

    Hello:

Since we haven’t heard from you in a few days on this issue and there’s probably not anything else we can do on this issue, we’re marking this thread resolved. Please feel free to open a new one if we can help with anything else.

Thanks very much for using Awesome Support!
