Create design of new page

Dear community,

we are starting a new blog and need some help. On the start page I integrated an interactive map with the possibility to click on different countries. The idea now is to create a page (after clicking on a country) with a design of 3×3 boxes (boxes should be like a button – so you will be directed to the next page after clicking on it). The boxes should be pictures with Text (topics).

We are using the Theme Nisarg.

Do you have any idea how to create theis kind of page?
