Create custom image upload field

  • Hi,
    I want to create a custom field named “Slide” where users can upload their image into wordpress media gallery.
    For example, I like the image field of” Advanced Custom Fields” Plugin but I don’t want use any plugins.
    Is there a tutorial? A source code to use?
